Kennford is nestled in the beautiful Kenn Valley, just minutes from the A38, giving easy access to explore Historic Exeter, the old Port of Topsham and the surrounding area, including the Exe Estuary cycle/walking trail, Haldon Forest for mountain biking and walking, beaches such as Dawlish Warren, Shaldon and Exmouth and the Regency seaside towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth.

The stunning Dartmoor National Park is a 20 minute drive where you can enjoy walking, cycling, climbing or a stunning drive with a picnic.

In Devon we are spoilt for choice with so many pretty villages and welcoming pubs, restaurants and cream tea spots. Our favourites include Topsham and Lympstone on the River Exe, Chagford, Shaldon and Dartmouth. Exeter offers plenty to do including free sightseeing tours, Exeter Quay where you can go canoeing or kayaking, visit the Cathedral and the medieval underground passages.

National Trust properties to visit include A la Ronde at Exmouth, Killerton House & Gardens, Knightshayes at Tiverton, Castle Drogo and Greenway House on the River Dart (home to Agatha Christie).
